Shipping time and coverage
SNOWFALL will deliver the customer's purchase to the address indicated in the order through Olva Courier . This address must be provided correctly by the customer at the time of placing the order by completing the data form.
Delivery times and schedules are:
• For Metropolitan Lima and Callao: 2 business days
• For provinces: from 3 to 5 business days
• Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 hours – Saturdays 09:00 to 12:00 hours
Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not considered strict deadlines.
The client is responsible for correctly recording the billing address and shipping address data, detailing the street name, number, department, province and district, as well as indicating a reference and a Peruvian telephone number. If incorrect information is provided, the customer must assume the new shipping charges.
On the day of delivery of the order, the OLVA COURIER Home Delivery Service will communicate, through an SMS or a phone call, with the customer at the telephone number indicated in the order to coordinate the delivery. The customer is responsible for answering this call. In the event that the Home Delivery Service is unable to communicate with the customer, the delivery will be rescheduled and/or changed to the pickup method at an agency close to the home.
In cases of natural disasters, paralysis of communication routes or unforeseen incidents and/or force majeure that delay the delivery of orders, the customer may request assistance through Instagram: nevada.pe or through our WhatsApp hotline indicated in the following link:
